We do this through identity verification,
authentication, and data products that power open
finance. VerifyMe, trust is the foundation of our
company; it defines our products and services. Our
commitment to trust is clearly stated in our Mission and
core values; to create innovative and trustworthy
digital identity solutions for Africa that connect
businesses to critical consumer data. Trust in our
company can only be garnered and maintained by our
commitment to maintaining our quality image and our
reputation within the industry. To this end, we are
committed to promoting the culture of continual quality
improvements and the philosophy of constant learning
whilst undergoing a continual review of our quality
management systems in line with the framework laid down
within the ISO 9001:2015 standard.This Policy
establishes and documents the means by which we
implement, maintain,and continually improve our Quality
Management System (QMS). It also identifies the criteria
and methods required to ensure effective operation and
control of the system, the measurement, monitoring,
analysis, and actions necessary to achieve planned
results and continuous improvement.
1.2 Objectives
The objectives of this Policy are to ensure the
achievement and continuous implementation of the
following:
- Data Protection Law Compliance.
- Stakeholders' satisfaction.
- Constant innovation and upgrade of our products and processes. Implementation of a clear quality management system following the ISO 9001:2015 standards.
1.3 Scope
This Policy applies to all employees, agents and
officers who are involved in the daily operations of the
company. All employees must adhere to this Policy.
