Refund Policy

General Policy

Validate Systems operates a no refund policy regarding completed Services. This means that once a service is completed, we do not provide any form of monetary refund. This policy applies to all services offered by Validate Systems, irrespective of the specific service or its nature.



No Refunds for Completed Transactions

We shall not refund you for any payment made for completed transactions notwithstanding the date, time, and method of payment adopted. This encompasses all forms of payment methods, whether it be credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or any other payment method. Once the transaction is marked as complete, the payment is considered final and non-refundable.



Verification Service Fees

Our verification services involve processes where we have to pay verification fees to certificate or credential issuing authorities or institutions where necessary. These fees are non-refundable to us, and as such, we cannot provide refunds for payments made once these processes have commenced. The necessity of these payments further solidifies our no refund policy.



Exception to the Policy

In the event that Validate Systems determines that you are entitled to a refund of any part of the fees you paid in respect of our Services, such refund shall only be made in the form of a ‘Credit’. This determination is at the sole discretion of Validate Systems and is only made in exceptional circumstances.



Nature of Credits

‘Credits’ are applicable only toward future fees for the use of our service. They are not convertible into cash or any other type of monetary refund. Credits must be used within a specified period, as determined by Validate Systems, and are subject to any additional terms and conditions that may apply to their use.
